When storing, do not use plastic bags or similar materials. Instead, store the item in a non-woven fabric bag or the provided bag.
Due to the nature of the material, plastic and similar materials may adhere to the product surface and leave marks.
Please avoid storing the item in direct sunlight or in high-temperature and high-humidity areas, as this may cause deterioration or discoloration.
We will, in principle, repair products purchased from us free of charge if they meet the following conditions:
- The product was purchased within one year and there is proof of the purchase date.
- The product is unused and has defects.
Products that do not meet the above conditions will be repaired for a fee. Repair costs and turnaround times vary depending on the nature of the request. If you would like a repair, please contact us via "contact," attaching images of the area you wish to have repaired and providing details of your repair request. After reviewing your request, a repair representative will contact you. If a product is sent to us without prior contact, we will contact you to confirm the details of the repair.
If you find your ASTERISK ORIGINAL series or LINE ORIGINAL Small series a little difficult to use, consider our new service.
