• Do not machine wash or submerge in water.
• This may damage the washing machine or the product's material, or cause the straps to break.
• To remove dirt, gently wipe with a tightly wrung damp cloth.
  For lasting shine, we recommend using a dedicated cleaner lotion or cream with a soft cloth such as a microfiber cloth.

※If you find it difficult to care for the product yourself, we offer a wiping service at our stores, such as 52D.L.STORE and POP UP STORE. Please bring your item and stop by.

• Do not machine wash or hand wash the product. Doing so may damage the product material.
• Do not dry clean or use similar methods due to the special material of the product.
• To remove dirt, gently wipe with a tightly wrung damp cloth. If dust or dirt is a concern, use a coat brush and gently brush it off.
• Some products use natural leather.

• When storing, do not use plastic bags or similar materials. Instead, store the item in a non-woven fabric bag or the provided bag.
  Due to the nature of the material, plastic or similar materials may adhere to the product surface and leave marks.
  Avoid storing in direct sunlight or in hot, humid places, as this may cause deterioration or discoloration.

We will repair products purchased under the following conditions free of charge:

• Products within one year of purchase, with proof of purchase.
• Unused products with defects.

Products that do not fall under the above conditions will be repaired for a fee. Repair costs and duration will vary depending on the request. If you wish to request a repair, please attach images of the damaged areas and send your request via the "contact" page. After reviewing your request, our repair staff will contact you. If a product is sent without prior contact, we will contact you to confirm the repair details.
