To create a "soft yet self-standing bag", we arrived at a manufacturing method that bakes it in an oven like a waffle, and the waffle slab structure used in architecture. The suffix "FUL" in "WAF-FUL" is the same suffix as in "BEAUTIFUL" or "POWERFUL", meaning "filled" or "rich", expressing a series that is full of softness and functionality.
