1. Applicable Bags

The "LINE ORIGINAL-Small" is applicable.

2. Update Details





The shoulder strap of your current "LINE-Small" will be updated to be detachable. (The strap length will remain the same.)

 


You can choose from four colors for the new shoulder strap: Light green / Light brown / Dark gray / Black.

After the update, you can replace it with the separately sold "Shoulder tape-Long", allowing you to enjoy it as a shoulder bag.

*After the update, the shoulder strap you are currently using will be collected by us. Please note that it cannot be returned.
* "Dark gray" is a slightly darker gray than the "Light gray" of the shoulder strap you are currently using.
*For conditionally applicable bags ("LINE LAYERD-Small", "LINE BLOCK CHECK-Small", "LINE PALETTE-Small"), you can also choose the shoulder strap color from the four colors listed above. Please note that the color you are currently using cannot be provided.



3. Service Flow / How to Apply

Applications are accepted only via mail.

 

■ STEP 1: Purchase the Service
Please select the applicable product and proceed with the purchase from the Service Purchase Page.

■ STEP 2: Mail Your Bag
After purchasing the service, please mail your bag to the address below within one week. (Shipping costs are borne by the customer.)

■ STEP 3: Notification of Shipping Date
After your bag arrives, we will notify you of the shipping date via the phone number/email address registered at the time of purchase.

■ STEP 4: Receive Your Bag
After the update is complete, your bag will be sent to your specified address.



4. Price

¥4,400 (tax included)
*Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

 




5. Storage Period

We will keep your bag for up to approximately one month from the date of service acceptance.
*Calculated from the date the bag arrives.

 




6. Shoulder Strap Options

The update allows you to interchange the strap with the separately sold "Shoulder tape-Long". Enjoy changing to your preferred length and color depending on the situation.

7. Important Notes

  • Shipping costs for mailing will be borne by the customer. Return shipping costs will be borne by us.
