1. Eligible Bags

2. Update Details

The bag's opening will be updated to a new specification. It will be reborn into a more user-friendly shape.
The bag will be easier to open and close even when worn.

3. Service Flow / Application Method

Applications are only accepted by mail.

 

■ STEP 1: Purchase the service
Please select the applicable product and proceed with the purchase on the service purchase page.

■ STEP 2: Mail the bag
After purchasing the service, please mail the bag to the address below within one week. (Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)

■ STEP 3: Notification of shipping date
After your bag arrives, we will contact you with the shipping date using the phone number/email address registered at the time of purchase.

■ STEP 4: Receive your bag
After the update is complete, we will send your bag to your specified address.

4. Price

¥5,500 (tax included)
*Return shipping costs will be borne by us.

 

 

5. Storage Period

We will keep it for approximately one month from the receipt of the service application.
*This period starts from the date your bag arrives.

 

 

6. Handle Options

By updating, you will be able to replace the handle with a separately sold one. You can replace it with your preferred length or color depending on the situation.

□ How to change the handle

 

*The handle currently in use will be updated to a replaceable specification. Please note that the handle string will be changed to a color that matches the bag.
*If you wish to purchase, please also purchase your desired handle. It will be sent together with the updated bag.

7. Important Notes

  • Shipping costs for mailing will be borne by the customer. Return shipping costs will be borne by us.
  • Completion dates may vary depending on the congestion.
