RETURN POLICY
Returns
We do not accept returns of products except in cases of defective products or incorrect delivery.
We do not accept any exchanges or returns of products due to customer reasons.
However, we will accept repairs or exchanges only in cases where there is a legitimate reason, such as "defective product" or "delivery error such as incorrect order content."

[How to return and confirmation points]
We only accept returns of unused products.
When returning, please be sure to use a delivery service or Yu-Pack that provides a tracking number, and send it cash on delivery.
We will inform you of the return address via email.
We will contact you as soon as the reshipment date is decided.
[Defective product support for outside Japan]
If a defective product is found in an item you purchased, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for that item between countries.
This applies if you received the product in Japan and then took it overseas, or if it was shipped overseas via a forwarding service or other third party.
Please also note that we cannot respond if the product is returned unilaterally.
